"Fan updates have been a letdown"
I signed up for the fan updates thinking I’d actually get useful news, but there’s barely anything worth reading. The site feels outdated and kind of confusing to get around, and by the time updates show up, the news is already old. It also has that annoying automated-system feel, like nobody real is actually paying attention or keeping fans in the loop. As a fan, it’s disappointing. I expected a lot better from an official page

"Merch selection felt a bit limited"
I was browsing the site hoping to pick up a shirt, or maybe something a little different, but the merch options felt kind of limited. There were a few basics, sure, but not a lot of designs that really stood out to me.

For a band this size, I guess I just expected the store to have more going on. Maybe I caught it at an off time, but overall it felt a little empty.

I looked around thebeachboys.com, but the prices just felt way too high for what was being offered. Once I noticed the extra costs, it didn’t really seem worth it to me. The whole experience also had that no-real-person-there feeling, like I was just clicking through a site without much warmth or help. I ended up leaving without buying anything.

"Sizing is way off"
For some reason, this large tee fits more like a small. It’s really tight and shorter than expected, so definitely not what I was hoping for. I don’t think it’s worth the hassle of returning it, but the sizing is disappointing.

"Email support was bad"
I emailed them twice about my order and didn’t hear back until days later, and even then the reply was super vague. It felt like a copy-paste answer and didn’t actually help with anything. the whole back-and-forth was unnecessary and just really annoying

"Got the wrong shirt"
I was disappointed when I opened the package and realized it wasn’t the shirt I ordered. I’d been looking forward to wearing it, so that moment kind of stuck with me. Instead, the wrong item showed up, and it was just frustrating

"Nice stuff, but the shipping was frustrating"
I was excited to order from The Beach Boys, and the items themselves were fine once they finally arrived. That said, the shipping took way longer than I expected. I figured it would be a few days, but it just seemed to sit there with barely any updates, so I kept having to check on it myself. By the time the package showed up, I was already annoyed. I’m glad everything arrived okay in the end, but unless the delivery process gets better, I’d be hesitant to order again

I gave it a fair shot, but most of the emails just didn’t feel relevant to me. Every time one landed in my inbox, it was a tiny little drama of me hoping it would be useful and then realizing it really wasn’t my thing.

"I ordered a Beach Boys t-shirt..."
I ordered a Beach Boys t-shirt from the site, and maybe it was just bad timing on my part or they were dealing with a rough batch, but the quality was disappointing. The print already looked faded when I took it out of the bag, and the shirt itself felt really thin and cheap.
Then after just one wash, it shrank in a weird way and the design started cracking. For what it cost, I expected a lot better. I wanted to like it, but I probably wouldn’t buy merch from here again

"Confirmation email, then just vague promises"
I placed an order on The Beach Boys and got the confirmation email pretty much right away, so I figured everything was fine. But after that? Nothing. No shipping update, no tracking, and when I tried to get some kind of answer, it was just vague stuff like they’d get back to me or it was being handled. That doesn’t really help when you have no idea where your order is. it’s been frustrating.

"Checkout worked, but felt a little clunky"
I ordered from thebeachboys.com and the checkout did work in the end, so no huge complaints there. It just wasn’t the smoothest process, or actually, I guess I’d say it felt a little clunky.

A couple of the pages loaded slower than I expected, and I had to go back and double check my shipping info because it looked like it hadn’t saved at first. The payment part went through fine, though, which was a relief.

Overall, not a bad experience, but the site feels a bit outdated. I’d order again, but I do think the checkout could be made easier and a little more modern

"I waited maybe a day or two..."
I waited maybe a day or two to hear back from customer service, and when they finally replied, it didn’t really solve much. It felt like I got a generic answer after all that waiting. Overall, just a frustrating experience.

"Wrong Tour Date Listed"
I checked the site and it said the show was happening tonight, so I made plans and went to the venue. When I got there, the staff had no idea what I was talking about and said there wasn’t a show scheduled. Frustrating experience overall, and I wouldn’t rely on this site again without double-checking somewhere else first.
